Welcome to New York City's most comprehensive training program in urban sustainability. We offer in-person sustainability courses with leaders in social, economic and ecological design.

As a participant in our 10-weekend Urban Sustainability Leadership Training (USLT), you will learn an integrated approach for designing sustainability solutions. Through USLT's easy to grasp model you will gain a broader perspective. This model is comprised of the following 5 dimensions: Social Design, Economic Design, Ecological Design, Worldview and Leadership. The integration of these 5 dimensions will give you a solid foundation to apply your existing expertise more effectively and take leadership initiatives in an area of sustainability of your choice.
You can also approach our comprehensive training by enrolling and learning about a specific dimension of your choice. We are convinced that the value you will get from any dimension will get you to come back wanting more.

This unique training will give you the knowledge, abilities and confidence to implement the changes necessary to thrive in our rapidly changing world. Through the combination of the 10-weekend in-person classes and our Online Learning Lab you will quickly become fluent in the language of sustainability, which will empower you to easily share this information with others. Our programs train you to be action-oriented in bringing about the best possible future. USLT guides you to become a force for positive change whether your focus is your home, your workplace, your city or beyond. We also offer you the choice to enroll in individual dimensions.
