Ariane Burgess holds an integrative and holistic world view that sees our future as community, and draws upon aspects of ecologic, economic and social design that will allow humanity to effectively transition. Ariane is a member of Gaia Education's co-facilitation team for the EcoVillage Design program in Thailand and Scotland. She is a guest teacher for the Permaculture Design Certificate at the Open Center, NY. Her work of the last twenty years has centered around reconnecting people to nature particularly in Urban settings. In 2002 she was commissioned by Battery Park Conservancy in New York City to design and install The Labyrinth for Contemplation, Battery Park, NY, as a healing response in the aftermanth of 9/11.
As a passionate advocate for regeneration, Ariane works with communities and leaders in Thailand, Scotland, Canada and the U.S. changing the scarcity mythos by setting up systems of abundance and resilience. Through these initiatives, Ariane awakens the connection between one's inner and outer landscapes, both individually and in community, and inspires action and implementation.
Ariane founded Regenerative Culture as a social enterprise to raise awareness, transform leaders and communities, and invest in the leadership of next generations.
Leslie Kennedy Over the last twenty three years, Leslie has been a successful country leader of a blue-chip training organization, a respected change management and performance consultant to industry, a marketing and communications director, and a leadership coach. Leslie's work in organizations has led to improved customer loyalty, sales growth, and employee engagement. Leslie has worked with business communities and organizations to respond proactively in times of scarcity and loss, implementing new economic strategies for growth and resilience, using change management principles and practices to increase the probability of sustainability.
Leslie is passionate about awakening consciousness to the reality of the convergence of climate change, peak oil and economic calibration, and is committed to provoking and evoking the leader in all of us for the sake of the regeneration of our whole earth.
Leslie is an Honours graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University (English and Mathematics) and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have been trained by Robert Fritz in the application of Structural Consulting, and have completed professional coach and leadership training through Coach Training Institute (CTI).
